How do I change my current debit card to a Just4Metm Debit Card?
You must either visit your nearest Clinton Savings Bank branch or call us at 888-744-4272(4CSB) and receive a new card number. A $10 fee for the Just4Me card service will apply.
 
Will my current debit card work until my new Just4Metm Debit Card arrives?
Yes. However, once you activate your new Just4Me Debit Card the existing one will be canceled. We strongly recommend contacting all merchants who make automatic deductions from your Debit Card and provide them with your new number as soon as you activate it.
 
How does my image get approved?
Images are reviewed for compliance as set by the Image Guidelines.
Please see our guidelines for acceptable image submissions.
 
If an image is rejected, you will be notified by email within two business days. You may submit a new image any time following your rejection notification.
 
How will I know if my image is accepted?
You will receive an e-mail from Clinton Savings Bank within two business days, advising you if your image was accepted or rejected.
 
How much does it cost to replace a lost, stolen or damaged card?
A standard replacement card fee of $15 only applies. You are not charged the additional $10 Just4Me processing fee.
 
What happens when my card expires?
Upon expiration of your card, a new card will be sent with the same image and number.
 
How will I receive my personalized card?
Your card will be mailed to the primary address currently on file. You can always speak with a person at your nearest branch for special handling instructions.
 
How long will it take to receive my card?
After your request has been submitted and approved by Clinton Savings Bank, you can expect to receive your card within 7-10 business days.
 
What if my card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen, please call us immediately to replace your card. Your new card will have the same image as your previous card. To report a lost or stolen debit card, please call 888-744-4272(4CSB) during normal business hours, or during non-business hours please call 800-472-3272.  
 
Can I change the image on my Just4Me Debit Card?
Yes. Simply call 888-744-4272(4CSB) to order a new card. There is a $10.00 processing fee.
 
 
How do I design my card?
Card customization is easy; there are four simple instructions to follow:
 
1.      Click on the design center link.
2.      Upload the photo you would like on your card.
3.      Customize the look of your card by enlarging, cropping or rotating.
4.      Once you are satisfied with the look of your card, hit the submit button.
 
What format does the image need to be in?
The image can be in either .JPEG, or .BMP format. It needs to be at least 840x840 pixels and at least 50KB (kilobytes) in size, not to exceed 10MB (megabytes). If you are uncertain of the image specifications, right click the image and select properties. Our Just4Me design center provides a tool to re-size your picture to look the way you want it to.
 
 
How do I convert my print into a digital image?
Take your print to a photo processing facility (e.g., CVS), they may be able to scan the photo for you and put it on a removable drive/disk. Remember, the image needs to be saved in either a .JPEG or .BMP format.
