·The image can be in either .JPEG, or .BMP format. It needs to be at least 840x840 pixels and at least 50KB (kilobytes) in size, not to exceed 10MB (megabytes). If you are uncertain of the image specifications, simply right click the image and select properties.
·Remember that small images will reproduce poorly when printed; if you scale your image too much, it may also print poorly.
·The time your image takes to upload depends on your own internet connection speed - the larger file size, the longer it will take to upload. Should your image be slow to upload, please contact your internet access provider for help.
Helpful Photo Tip: When selecting your photo, please note that your card number will be printed flat (not raised numbering) on the card in a silver/white color and will not appear well on a significantly white background.
