Easy E-Statements 

E-statements are electronic copies of your account statements that you can view, search, save and print on-line anytime, at your convenience! They are:

• Fast - Available on-line, days sooner than paper statements that arrive by mail.  

• Convenient - No need to file away paper statements; e-statements are stored for you on-line and archived for 36 months!  

• Secure - Access your e-statements using your secure CSB On-line Banking account log in. E-statements are not sent by e-mail or by paper to an unsecure mailbox.  

• Environmentally friendly - e-statements save paper, ultimately saving trees and helping the environment!

Once you are an online banking customer, you can enroll to receive your statements electronically for free!  No more paper or waiting for the mail.  It's convenient, secure, and easy. 

Once logged into your account through CSB's online banking login, simply:

1. Click the 'e-statement' tab next to Account Access on the top menu.

2.  At the prompt, ACCEPT THE DISCLOSURE to activate your eStatement delivery.

Outbound Funds Transfer

When you sign up for Online Banking you will automatically be given the capability to transfer funds both to accounts outside this bank - overnight or even to someone's email address!  

• FREE service for Preferred, Total Access or Get Real Checking Accounts.
• The first 3 months of our bill payment service are free for new users! After the three-month trial period, Online Bill Pay is just $4.95 a month!
• FUTURE PAYMENTS - Avoid the possibility of forgetting your payment. You can schedule your payment for a future date and the system will take care of it for you.
• RECURRING PAYMENTS - If you pay a bill for the same amount and date every month you can schedule it occur automatically.

Online Account Opening

Opening an account is just a click away - before you start here's what you'll need:

Online security is a real concern in today's world. Our online banking services utilize 128 bit encryption, which assists in preventing unauthorized access. When you sign up for the service, you will be provided with a user identification number and a temporary password, which you should change to a secure password known only to you. As an added security measure you will be prompted to change your password every 90 days, however, you can change your password as often as you wish. In addition, repeated failed attempts will lock the service, and you must contact CSB to reactivate the service.
