Clinton Savings Bank Announces Two Promotions
(CLINTON, Mass., June 26, 2024) – Clinton Savings Bank (CSB) recently announced the promotion of two staff members, Debra Reilly, and Veronica P. Olivera.
Ms. Reilly joined CSB in 2021 as one of the Bank’s Retail Lending Specialists where she worked with customers processing consumer loan applications. Prior to her role in lending, she worked in retail for 11 years at various financial institutions where she managed a staff of 30. In her new position as AVP/Branch Manager of the West Boylston branch she will provide training, coaching and performance feedback to staff to enhance their skills and career development and service the Bank’s customers.
Hired in 2018 as a teller, Ms. Olivera was quickly promoted to Relationship Banker in 2019. Upon completing her internal training curriculum, she was promoted to Senior Customer Service Relationship Manager in 2019 and again in 2023 to Assistant Branch Manager of the Clinton Branch. In her new role as Branch Manager of the Shrewsbury Branch she will be responsible for ensuring compliance with bank policies and the implementation of sales strategies to meet branch targets as well as cultivating the staff and deepening customer relationships.
