How can I deposit money into my account?
Funds can be deposited at any CSB Branch during business hours and at any CSB ATM 24/7 if you have an ATM/Debit Card attached to your account. Check deposits can also be done 24/7 via our Mobile App for iPhone® and Android™ devices.
How can I withdraw money from my account?
Funds can be withdrawn at any CSB Branch during business hours. If you have an ATM/Debit Card attached to your account, you can also withdraw funds 24/7 at an ATM. Funds can also be transferred out of your account via Online Banking and Mobile Banking.
Can I transfer funds from one account to another?
Funds can be easily transferred between two CSB accounts through Online Banking or the Mobile App for iPhone and Android. Transfers can also be done at any of our branch locations during business hours.
Do you offer any budgeting tools or other money management tools?
Yes, we offer a suite of Money Management tools within our Online Banking and Mobile App platforms.
Can this account be accessed through Online Banking or a Mobile Banking App?
Yes, all of our checking accounts can be accessed 24/7 via Online Banking or our Mobile App. Download the CSB Mobile App for iPhone and Android.
Can I sign up for estatements?
Yes! Help save paper and receive your statements sooner – once you are registered for Online Banking, you can register your account(s) for estatements.
How can I check my account balance and recent transactions?
You can have 24/7 access to your account history and balance information through Online Banking or our Mobile App. You can also use our Text Banking options.
How can I find an AllPoint® ATM near me?
You can easily find an in-network ATM by using the Online Locator.
How long will it take for me to receive my debit/ATM card?
If you open your account at a branch location, you can receive your card the same day! If you open online, you’ll receive your card in the mail in approximately two weeks.
What would my PIN number be on my debit/ATM card?
If you are receiving your card by mail, your PIN number will be mailed separately and you will receive the PIN usually before the card arrives. If you are in the branch you can choose the PIN number you would like to use.
Where can I find my routing and account numbers?
The routing number for all accounts at CSB is 211373115. Your account number can be found on your checks and is set of numbers following the routing number or log in to Online Banking and follow the steps below:
- Go to “My Accounts”
- Hover over the desired savings account and click
- Click on “Account Details” and your account number will appear
Is my balance insured?
Yes, Clinton Savings Bank offers both Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and Depositors Insurance Fund (DIF) to protect your deposits. FDIC covers up to $250,000 in deposits per account owner/ownership category. This means individual accounts and joint accounts at insured institutions can each receive $250,000 of insurance with a common account owner. All deposits above the FDIC insurance amount are insured by the Depositors Insurance Fund (DIF).

Where can I view my savings account number?
To view your full savings account number, all you have to do is log in to Online Banking and follow the steps below:
- Go to “My Accounts”
- Hover over the desired savings account and click
- Click on “Account Details” and your account number will appear
How do I transfer funds?
You can conveniently transfer money between your checking & savings accounts through Online Banking, Mobile Banking or at one of our branches.
When will I begin to earn interest on my savings account?
Interest is compounded daily and credited to your account on the last day of the month.
What is the difference between a Savings Account and a Certificate of Deposit?
A savings account lets you access your funds when you want. You can make deposits and withdrawals anytime. The yield on a savings account can change, but the yield on a CD is fixed for the term. CDs are term deposits, so funds are locked up for a specific amount of time. Savings accounts are not term deposits.

How do I apply for a mortgage loan?
To apply for a Massachusetts mortgage loan, you can begin with our easy online application. The application has a series of questions about personal finances, your debt and your future home. You can complete the application in one sitting or save your progress and finish it later.
Or, if you prefer, you can come into one of our convenient branch locations and work with a Relationship Banker to fill out the application.
Once you've submitted your application you’ll receive an answer. However, because every application is unique, approval times may vary. What information do I need to submit an application?
Before you begin an application, we need to confirm your identity. We ask for your name, date of birth, address and contact information. The rest of our questions focus on your property details, desired loan and financial information.
