Have easy access to monthly statements. After enrolling in online banking, you can sign up to receive statements electronically with estatments. Online statements are available earlier than having your statements mailed to you — saving time and trees.

How can I delete my Online and Mobile Banking Access?

If you would like to delete your CSB online and mobile banking profile, please call one of our Relationship Bankers at 978-365-3700, 888-744-4272 (4CSB), or email us at [email protected].  A team member will contact you to confirm your request within 3 business days. 

Please note that when your online and mobile banking profile is deleted:

  • You will no longer be able to log into Online Banking or the CSB mobile app.
  • You will not be able to view electronic copies of your past account statements.  If you have opted in to receiving electronic statements your preferences will be changed to receiving paper statements.
  • Any activity you previously set up within Online Banking or our mobile app will be disabled and/or deleted.  This includes real-time account alerts, bill payments and payee information, external transfers to other accounts, etc.
  • Your CSB deposit and loan accounts will remain open and unaffected by this change. 

How can I deposit money into my account?

Funds can be deposited at any CSB Branch during business hours and at any CSB ATM 24/7 if you have an ATM/Debit Card attached to your account. Check deposits can also be done 24/7 via our Mobile App for iPhone® and Android™ devices.

How can I withdraw money from my account?

Funds can be withdrawn at any CSB Branch during business hours. If you have an ATM/Debit Card attached to your account, you can also withdraw funds 24/7 at an ATM. Funds can also be transferred out of your CSB account via Online Banking and Mobile Banking.

Can I transfer funds from one account to another?

Funds can be easily transferred between two CSB accounts through Online Banking or the Mobile App for iPhone and Android

Do you offer any budgeting tools or other money management tools?

Yes, we offer a suite of Money Management tools within our Online Banking and Mobile App platforms.

What accounts can be accessed through Online Banking or a Mobile Banking App?

All of our accounts can be accessed 24/7 via Online Banking or our Mobile App. Download the CSB Mobile App for iPhone and Android.

Can I sign up for estatements?

Yes! Help save paper and receive your statements sooner – once you are registered for Online Banking, you can register your account(s) for estatements.

How can I check my account balance and recent transactions?

You can have 24/7 access to your account history and balance information through Online Banking or our Mobile App. You can also use our Text Banking options.

Where can I find my routing and account numbers?

The routing number for all accounts at CSB is 211373115. Your account number can be found on your checks and is the set of numbers following the routing number.

Is my balance insured?

Yes, Clinton Savings Bank offers both Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and Depositors Insurance Fund (DIF) to protect your deposits. FDIC covers up to $250,000 in deposits per account owner/ownership category. This means individual accounts and joint accounts at insured institutions can each receive $250,000 of insurance with a common account owner. All deposits above the FDIC insurance amount are insured by the Depositors Insurance Fund (DIF).

1Funds cannot be transferred from a Passbook Savings Account. You cannot transfer funds to or from a CD or Retirement Account. Other restrictions may apply.
