How can I open an account?

You can open an account online or visit one of our convenient branch locations.

How can I deposit money into my account?

Funds can be deposited at any CSB Branch during business hours and at any CSB ATM 24/7 if you have an ATM/Debit Card attached to your account. Check deposits can also be done 24/7 via our Mobile App for iPhone® and Android™ devices.

How can I withdraw money from my account?

Funds can be withdrawn at any CSB Branch during business hours. If you have an ATM/Debit Card attached to your account, you can also withdraw funds 24/7 at an ATM. Funds can also be transferred out of your account via Online Banking, and Mobile Banking.

Can I transfer funds from one account to another?

Funds can be easily transferred between two CSB accounts through Online Banking or the Mobile App for iPhone and Android. Transfers can also be done at any of our branch locations during business hours.

Do you offer any budgeting tools or other money management tools?

Yes, we offer a suite of Money Management tools within our Online Banking and Mobile App platforms.

How can I find an AllPoint® ATM near me?

You can easily find an in-network ATM by using the Online Locator.

How long will it take for me to receive my debit/ATM card?

If you open your account at a branch location, you can receive your card the same day! If you open online, you’ll receive your card in the mail in 7-10 days.

What would my PIN number be on my debit/ATM card?

If you are receiving your card by mail, there will be a phone number included to activate your card and select your PIN. If you are in the branch, you can choose the PIN number you would like to use.

Where can I find my routing and account numbers?

The routing number for all accounts at CSB is 211373115. Your account number can be found on your checks and is the set of numbers following the routing number.

Is my balance insured?

Yes, Clinton Savings Bank offers both Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and Depositors Insurance Fund (DIF) to protect your deposits. FDIC covers up to $250,000 in deposits per account owner/ownership category. This means individual accounts and joint accounts at insured institutions can each receive $250,000 of insurance with a common account owner. All deposits above the FDIC insurance amount are insured by the Depositors Insurance Fund (DIF).

1Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of 2.00% is paid on balances between $0.00 and $24,999.99, and 0.05% APY paid on all amounts $25,000 and above each qualification cycle the minimum requirements (12 CSB Debit Card Purchases, one Direct Deposit or ACH auto debit, receive account statements electronically (eStatements), log in to CSB Online Banking) are met. We may change the interest rate and APY at any time after the account is opened. Balances calculated using the Daily Balance method and interest is based on your daily average balance, compounded daily and paid monthly. Current rate effective 11/18/2024.  No minimum balance required to maintain the account. Monthly service fee of $3 will apply unless enrolled in eStatements. The qualification cycle used to determine if the account requirements have been met is the first day of the current statement month through the close of the current statement month; if you do not meet the requirements for three consecutive statement cycles, the bank reserves the right to convert your account to a Basic Checking account, subject to that account's associated restrictions and fees (see Basic Checking Account details and Fee Schedule). Debit card purchases and ACH transactions must post and clear to your account during the qualification cycle. If you do not meet the requirements per cycle, your account will earn .01% APY and not receive a refund of ATM fees charged by others during that time period. ATM fee refunds of up to a maximum of $12 per qualification cycle if all qualifications are met. Fees may reduce earnings. Minimum deposit of $10 required to open the account. Available to Personal Accounts only.
