Clinton Savings Bank Welcomes Katy Hackenberg as Project Manager
(CLINTON, Mass., January 2, 2026) – Clinton Savings Bank (CSB), is pleased to announce the hiring of Ms. Katy Hackenberg as Project Manager. With a strong background in managing complex projects, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving process improvement, Ms. Hackenberg brings valuable experience in project coordination and will support the Bank’s continued growth and commitment to operational excellence.
In her role as Project Manager, Katy will be responsible for leading and coordinating key initiatives across the organization, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in alignment with the Bank’s strategic objectives.

Ms. Hackenberg joins Clinton Savings Bank from Middlesex Savings Bank in Westborough, Ma., where she had been employed since 2018. Most recently, she served as Online Banking Supervisor, Officer, a role she held since 2021. In this position, she oversaw online banking operations, led process improvements, and supported digital banking initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Assumption College in Worcester, Ma., as well as a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
